About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist clients interested in interior design or home renovation services. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain interior design services
- Handle inbound inquiries from website, social media, and ads
- Understand customer requirements (home, commercial, renovation, modular kitchen, etc.)
- Schedule appointments for design consultations and site visits
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and lead tracking sheets
- Share service details, company portfolio, and pricing information (as guided)
- Follow up regularly with warm leads to convert them into appointments
- Coordinate with sales/design teams for meetings and updates
- Build rapport with customers and maintain professional communication
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead conversion targets
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (Kannada + English/Hindi preferred)
- Confident in phone conversations and customer handling
- Basic knowledge of interior design services (training will be provided)
- Good persuasion and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with services
- Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking
